Service Description

This class is for anyone who feels drained, overwhelmed, experiences social anxiety, depression, and anyone who considers him or herself an empath. Our Spiritual Coach, Erin, has spent years training with trusted mentors and teachers and has experienced first-hand the power of protecting and clearing your own energy. Energy work is simply guiding light into cells, and anyone can learn how to do it with the proper tools and the right amount of focus and intention. Repeat as many times as you need to feel refreshed and safe in your body, and learn new ways to protect your energy from the world around you.
