My coaching style focuses on the spiritual and energetic techniques I have learned over the years to help you connect to your own authentic truth. I specifically use a combination of neuro-linguistic programming and energy work - which is not to be confused with spiritual bypassing! Using my own gift of intuition that I have developed and trained, I can guide you to specific techniques that will be most aligned with your individual needs and will fast-track your growth and healing.

My coaching approach is calm, supportive, authentic, and honest. I guide people to self-regulated learning, leading to improved autonomy and self-worth. Life is a journey. OUR TEAM
We started Providence for a few reasons. Modern life exposes us to more toxins than our bodies are equipped to deal with- constant stress, pollution of our air, water, and food, radiation exposure, and harsh chemicals in our everyday products. One of the most common toxins we encounter is stress. When our bodies accumulate too much toxicity from stress, it can lead us into a cycle of unhealthy emotional reactivity often without us realizing it. We noticed that emotional support is not readily accessible or affordable. In our personal and professional journeys, we also found two things to be true: there is no one-size-fits-all solution, and there is no magic pill that creates Emotional Wellness. We have learned, and continue to learn, universal coping skills that help to foster Emotional Wellness.
We are on a mission to make integrative Emotional Wellness accessible, provide personalized emotional support for our community, and a safe space to be still, feel our feelings, and practice effective coping skills.
