My coaching style focuses on the spiritual and energetic techniques I have learned over the years to help you connect to your own authentic truth. I specifically use a combination of neuro-linguistic programming and energy work - which is not to be confused with spiritual bypassing! I believe in the mind-body connection and that we all have the power to heal ourselves. Using my own gift of intuition that I have developed and trained, I can guide you to specific techniques that will be most aligned with your individual needs and will fast-track your growth and healing.

I help others discover the joy in learning! Whether you are struggling academically, feeling overwhelmed, or just not motivated, I can guide you to self-regulation, helping you take ownership of your emotions and behavior. When you are emotionally regulated, you can think clearer, process information better, and relate to others on a more productive level. My coaching approach is calm, supportive, authentic, and honest. I guide people to self-regulated learning, leading to improved autonomy and self-worth. Life is a journey. Our academic sessions focus on the process of learning, taking into account emotional regulation, executive functioning, motivation, and the impact of relationships and environment. We support students in grades 2 through high school who may be struggling with overwhelm, anxiety, organization, or confidence.
